Behavior Intervention Specialist

Reset Behavior LV is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and response to interventions.
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disorders is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a positive impact in the lives of clients.
