About the Role

This per diem/prn opportunity is designed for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in need. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients to determine their speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address identified areas of improvement
  • Work closely with patients and their families to establish functional goals and promote effective communication
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • State licensure and certification from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Competency in performing modified barium swallow exams (preferred)
