Valet Cashier

Join our team at Caesars Entertainment as a Valet Cashier, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our valet parking services.

• Collect and process payments from guests for valet parking services
• Manage cash drawers and maintain accurate records
• Operate micros systems to track customer vehicles and ensure efficient parking and retrieval
• Coordinate parking and retrieval of vehicles, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure the security and integrity of guest keys and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Count and record tips, ensuring accurate and timely payment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their safety and security
• Stay informed about special events and promotions, providing guests with relevant information
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure seamless operations

• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• 5 years of safe driving experience
• Ability to uphold the highest level of integrity and recognize standards required by a regulated business

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Casino/hotel experience preferred
• Experience in an upscale hotel environment preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bell attendant, valet, or related position

• Requires occasional sitting, kneeling, lifting/carrying, bending, reaching, and crouching
• Copying and writing numbers
• Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and currency
• Work area subject to variable temperatures
