The RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our Adult Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a high nurse-to-patient ratio. Your expertise will help create a safe and therapeutic environment where adult patients can receive the support they need to manage their mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with ancillary staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Supervise nursing staff and contribute to a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A valid RN license in the State of South Dakota or eligibility for multi-state licensure
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (preferred)
- Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred)
