As a Clinical Medical Support Specialist in Roswell, NM, you will play a vital role in assisting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with clinical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient patient care
  • Perform vitals and other related duties to support patient assessment and treatment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical practices and protocols to maintain a safe and effective clinical environment
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience preferred
  • One year of recent experience working in a medical facility performing Medical Assistant duties or equivalent; recent graduates from an accredited Medical Assistant program also considered
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; venipuncture training may be required depending on the department
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution
  • Registered or nationally certified Medical Assistant
  • Cross-training in other clinical specialties such as Ob/Gyn, Neurology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine
Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
