Job Description

At Palmetto Moon, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience to our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers, answer their questions, and assist them in finding the perfect products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and selling skills
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of all brands and products
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet individual and store goals
  • Replenishing sales floor stock as needed
  • Maintaining visibility on the sales floor to enhance the customer experience

In addition, you will be expected to:

  • Know and properly execute Point of Sale procedures
  • Effectively handle multiple customers simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Packages customer merchandise with care
  • Minimize shortages through floor presence and relentless customer service
