About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical group in Franklin, Tennessee. As an LPN at Williamson Health, you will play a vital role in providing clinical nursing support to our patients, ensuring they receive thorough care and communication.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling tests, obtaining clinical specimens, assessing patients, and performing clinical procedures while maintaining adequate clinical supplies. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver compassionate care, adhere to medical protocols, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
  • Licensed by the State of Tennessee
  • One year of experience in a medical office environment
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should be able to lift over 20 pounds and stand for long periods. Proficiency in using glucometers, BP cuffs, thermometers, computers, stethoscopes, audio scopes, business phones, and various oral and injectable medications is essential.

Estimated Salary Range

$62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience
