Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with DC Bar (or ability to waive in).
  • 1-7 years of relevant experience in ERISA and employee benefits law.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
