Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at PASSARO

PASSARO is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, paid weekly. You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, with opportunities for advancement to the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Experience in sales or customer service, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our organization's success.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
