Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties including structural mechanical electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
• Evaluate the condition of properties and identify potential issues that could affect the safety functionality or value of the property
• Prepare detailed inspection reports that outline findings and recommendations
• Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the inspection process
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 21 years of age
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
