Key Responsibilities:
- Organize personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules
- Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
- Assist in developing and orientating new team members
- Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
- Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
- Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
- Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field
- 5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Leadership and Team Management skills
- Working knowledge of DMAIC methodology
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint)
