At Florida Home Air Conditioning, we're on the hunt for a talented Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your sales career and take advantage of a potentially lucrative hourly pay structure.

About the Role

This role involves working directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores where you'll engage with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings. Your primary goal will be to generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up. One of our industry experts will then take over from there, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.

What You Can Expect
  • A competitive hourly rate ranging from $16 to $18, with a bonus/commission structure that can potentially take your earnings up to $25 per hour or more.
  • Full-time positions available, with some flexibility in terms of scheduling (including weekends and holidays).
  • A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Your Qualifications
  • The ability to work independently, representing our brand inside our partner retail locations.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but an outgoing personality and a strong desire to succeed can make up for it.
  • A willingness to put in extra hours and work weekends when needed.
