As an EMS Division Educator, you will play a crucial role in developing curriculum for the Toledo Fire Continuing Education and Mercy Health EMS Division. You will utilize cutting-edge simulation equipment to create engaging educational experiences for our students.

This position requires strong organizational skills, as you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and traveling to various training events. Your ability to develop educational materials and clinical scenarios will also be essential in ensuring the success of our programs.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including educators, medical directors, and emergency medical services personnel.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in emergency medical services, with a focus on education and training. A vocational or technical degree in emergency medical services or a related field is required, along with certification as a paramedic (NREMT-P).

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract and retain top talent in the field.
