Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of nursing care and services provided to patients and families in a safe, timely, and respectful manner.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans of care based on patient assessments, medical diagnoses, and clinical information gathered from healthcare providers.
  • Evaluate patient responses to disease processes, interventions, and outcomes of nursing care and multidisciplinary health services.
  • Incorporate evidence-based research into professional nursing services.
  • Promote positive interpersonal relationships and effective teamwork with patients, families, coworkers, and the community to meet customer service goals.
  • Apply safety principles and practices to address unit-based issues related to quality of care and services, technology use, and service delivery efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
