Senior Inpatient Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team in Roswell, New Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve medication use and reduce errors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications, including controlled substances
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inpatient pharmacy management, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
