Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Gallery Host/Front Desk. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • Prepare reports for the management team during each shift
  • Follow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Ensure the gallery remains well-stocked at all times
  • Validate customers' IDs and monitor beverage consumption to prevent severe intoxication
Requirements
  • Ability to use hot food preparation machines, such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves
  • Basic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
