We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mountain Experience Coordinator to join our team at Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mountain experience for our guests and staff by assisting in the development, growth, and execution of events and animation activities.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in organizing, coordinating, and/or executing group functions, activities, or other events. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the organization, scheduling, and execution of events and animation activities;
  • Contributing to the development of events and animation plans, including budgeting and resource allocation;
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and operations;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Participating in regular meetings and providing updates on event progress and challenges;
  • Assisting with the coordination of the Village Artisan Program and Volunteer Program;
  • Helping to ensure successful execution of events and animation activities, including set up and breakdown;
  • Providing input and support through participation in weekly meetings and wrap-ups.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. They will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
