Job Description

Overview: BODY20 Prairie Village is a cutting-edge fitness studio seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Business Development Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that positively impacts the lives of studio members and staff.

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build relationships with existing clients and attract new ones through effective communication and networking.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create and execute marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market trends.
  • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand and expand our reach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of commission-based sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their applications in marketing.
  • Passion for fitness and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
