• Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely seating of guests, adhering to protocols for first-time visitors
• Maintain a smooth restaurant wait list, keeping patrons informed about wait times and estimated service periods
• Communicate promotions and features to guests, fostering engagement and increasing sales
• Deliver food to tables with precision and speed, ensuring hot dishes arrive promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces
• Assist in processing orders and handling to-go payments when required, streamlining transactions and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Participate in daily opening and closing duties, guaranteeing seamless transitions between shifts
• Cultivate strong working relationships with Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, promoting unity and collaboration
