YD Talent Solutions is seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in Redmond, WA.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a sales team redefining its services growth strategies. As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will work closely with our senior leadership team to execute on existing account growth strategies and develop strong, trusted relationships with VPs, GMs, and Director levels.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for new business development and nurturing referenceable customer relationships for strategic accounts.
  • You will sell our company's portfolio of services, including digital transformation, ERP, data and AI, platform engineering, infrastructure management services, and customer service and support.
  • You will have a track record of selling multiple $3-5M (annual contract value) transformation deals.
  • You will identify, develop, nurture, and grow C-level relationships.
  • You will have demonstrated success in selling digital services, managed services, and capacity models.
  • You will develop strategic client relationships, run QBRs, demonstrate business value, cross-sell, and upsell multiple service lines and capabilities.
  • You will create, communicate, and execute strategic account plans incorporating account marketing.
  • You will have experience working in a global multi-cultural delivery model organization and experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams to win large transformation deals.
