We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Novant Health in Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time night shift opportunity, working from 7pm-7am, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

About the Role

As a Surgical Intensivist RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to address their unique requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
  • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required
  • One year of relevant experience in a surgical setting preferred
