Main Event Entertainment seeks an Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of FUN. As an Event Coordinator, you will partner with guests to create a tailored and memorable experience based on their needs. Your dedication to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation is essential.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • Welcoming and engaging with all guests
  • Understanding event packages and add-ons
  • Scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
  • Utilizing systems to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
  • Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
  • Prospecting and cold calling to develop relationships
  • Supporting local store marketing initiatives
  • Attending sales meetings to share strategic ideas
  • Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties


Requirements:

  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience
  • Guest-focused mindset
  • Teamwork is essential
  • Relationship building is crucial
  • Proficient in software such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM
  • Effective communication with management, team members, and guests
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends and holidays
