At Wells Fargo, we believe in creating a meaningful career that goes beyond just a job. We're seeking an Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) for National Branch Network in our Consumer, Small and Business Banking division.

About This Role

This position requires leadership skills to manage and develop a diverse team of direct reports, create a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment to business outcomes. Successful branch managers will lead customer engagement processes, coaching specific behaviors to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. This role also involves executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, managing people and financial resources for the branch, and directly meeting customer needs by assisting with transactions as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive business growth.
  • Resolve tactical issues regarding customer and employee experience, risk, and business growth to meet Branch Network business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
  • Select, evaluate, and develop staff.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching, training, developing, inspiring, and building a high-performing team.

Salary Range:$25.43-$45.24 per hour. Benefits include health benefits, 401(k) Plan, paid time off, disability benefits, life insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insurance.
