Technical Program Manager for Reality Labs Research

Meta is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Reality Labs Research team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our augmented reality (AR) technology.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set clear deliverables and milestones for high-quality device software and services.
- Identify project scope, requirements, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with research teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Effectively communicate program goals, status, and project risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions to address them.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of program management experience delivering end-user facing software products and cloud services.
- Working knowledge of Product Development Process (PDP) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDL).
- Proven project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Versatility in corresponding, presenting, and facilitating to all levels of the organization.
- Graduate degree in related fields, such as Computer Science.
- Experience in shipping AR/VR or computer vision enabled products or services.
- Experience working in a research group or startup.
