Caregiver and Educator for Early Childhood Development

Your RoleAs a Teacher at our Maple Grove center, you'll be responsible for creating a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Your primary duties will include:
- Implementing KinderCare's curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
- Developing and maintaining a safe, engaging learning space
- Partnering with parents to ensure their child's success
- Supporting your center's goals through collaboration with staff and leadership
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- State-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
- Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
