Radiology Technologist

**Job Summary:**
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating complex CT equipment, performing CT exams, and ensuring optimal diagnostic quality and patient care. You will work closely with our team of radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional imaging services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate CT scanners with exceptional competence, selecting and establishing technical factors to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
- Work with IT and CT engineers to ensure efficient integration of CT equipment with RIS/PACS software and hardware.
- Monitor CT system performance, identify service needs, and schedule maintenance with vendors and service representatives.
- Define referring physicians' preferences for image delivery, obtain agreement, and communicate protocols.
- Receive and analyze requests for radiologic CT exams, recommend action to AR physicians, and screen patients according to contrast guidelines.
- Actively seek and utilize feedback from managers, technologists, and physicians to improve operations and service.
- Demonstrate respect and regard for patients, family, visitors, and all employees to contribute to a professional environment.
- Promote effective working relationships by fostering collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect.
**Requirements:**
- College degree preferred
- ARRT (RT)(R) and CT State License required
- CT Certification required
