Accounting Internship Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Intern. As an intern, you will assist with various accounting tasks, including payroll processing, budget changes, and accounting entries.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll processing and budget changes
  • Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and invoicing
  • Assist with procurement lifecycle duties
  • Support federal-aid highway program

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in College, University, or Tech School
  • At least 60 credit hours completed (30 credit hours for Tech School)
  • Acceptable majors: Business Degrees, including Accounting, Finance, and Budget

Pay and Benefits:

  • Pay determined by credit hours earned
  • No benefits, including paid holidays, medical coverage, earned vacation, or sick leave
