Job Description:
Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the outpatient clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients' comprehensive health care needs and implement an appropriate plan. You will provide skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instruct patients and their families in the plan of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic
Implement an appropriate plan of care for patients
Provide skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments
Instruct patients and their families in the plan of care

Requirements:
Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
