**Salary & Benefits**
Competitive base salary: $250,000 with lucrative productivity incentives and a commencement bonus of $150,000. A retention bonus of $100,000 over 5 years is also offered.
**Job Description**
We seek a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our progressive primary care team as a medical director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our multi-county service area.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and population health management.
- Serve as a site-specific medical director, ensuring a physician voice and partnership within our organization.
- Collaborate with nurse coordinators to support pre-and post-visit care and focus on high-need patients.
- Participate in family medicine resident, advanced care provider, and/or medical student education opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine.
- FM or IM residency training experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
