Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office records and files.
  • Manage and update financial records using accounting software.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle email communications and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
