We're looking for a Dishware Attendant to join our team at our location in Boca Raton, FL. As a member of The Great Greek Family, you'll enjoy a fun, fast-paced work environment in one of the fastest growing franchises in the United States.

Job Description

As a Dishware Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining all kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, displaying teamwork throughout the shift, following standardized recipes, preparation, and portioning procedures, and maintaining organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas.

You will also be responsible for adhering to proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and notifying management of items needing repair, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant, and cross-training to other positions when opportunities are available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Good understanding of ingredients, kitchen safety and hygiene
  • Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
