We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Atrium Health, working night shifts in our neuroscience department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our neuroscience unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients with complex neurological conditions. Your expertise and clinical judgment will enable you to make informed decisions regarding patient treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based nursing practices to address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a similar setting, preferably in neuroscience or critical care
  • A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or Alabama, depending on job location
  • Current ACLS and BCLS certification
