Job Summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a member of our trans-disciplinary team, you will provide essential services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's communication and language development.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of services.
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and home visits to identify children's needs and develop strategies for support.
  • Provide parent coaching and education to empower families to support their children's development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individual Family Service Plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.
  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
