Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support a K-12 caseload in a district recognized for its collaborative environment.

About the Role

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, and consulting with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, an active Texas State School Psychologist License, and knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success.
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Texas State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Paid weekly (W-2).
  • Competitive compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
