Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$30 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and career growth. We offer a range of benefits, including 401(k) matching, paid time off, and training & development programs. Additionally, you can earn $250 for each person you refer and is hired, and receive extra incentive for weekend availability.

Job Description

As a Home Health Aide, your role will vary by client, but may include:

  • Providing personal care, such as toileting and bathing
  • Assisting with light housekeeping
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Transporting clients to and from appointments and activities
  • Carrying out a plan of care that best supports the client

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • 1-3 years experience with personal care
  • Kind, caring, and dependable personality
  • Excellent communication skills
