  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace, enhance employee engagement, and drive business success.
  • HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
