Human Resources Director

- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, and implement policies to mitigate risks.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace, enhance employee engagement, and drive business success.
- HR Metrics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
- HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
