A highly competitive six-month contract opportunity is available for a seasoned Agile Scrum Master to join a renowned Financial Services Company in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

About the Role:

As an Agile Scrum Master, you will work collaboratively with a talented team to drive outstanding results and contribute to large-scale planning initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving moderately complex issues, analyzing Scrum Master challenges, and collaborating with client personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Scrum Master deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Detailed understanding of risk management techniques and ability to read a room and act beyond theory.
  • Experience in coaching and guiding teams in Agile practices, focusing on enhancing productivity, self-organization, and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain team focus and morale during challenging periods.
Desired Skills and Experience:

Prior experience in infrastructure versus software development is desired, as well as proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
