Job Summary

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing client assistance requests, and allocating resources to respond to those requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Schedule and dispatch resources, including team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles, to appropriate locations according to client requests and specifications.
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
  • Oversee all communications within assigned areas.
  • Receive and prepare work orders and work schedules.
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work, or services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred.
