About the Role

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of providing a best-in-class patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Chart Completion and Management: Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Clinical Protocols: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and supervising physicians.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
  • Diagnostic Testing and Medication Management: Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Therapeutic Procedures: Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
  • Patient Analysis and Diagnosis: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate the ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, including teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Virtual Communication: Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Telehealth Experience: Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Experience: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.

Masters Degree in Nursing
