Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Care Coordinator to join our team at the Henry Ford Medical Group. In this critical role, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and delivers quality patient care through the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
  • Utilizes clinical competence to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families.
  • Effectively communicates with the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Maintains current clinical knowledge in the area of specialty and demonstrates analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
  • Performs a wide variety of professional nursing services and effectively communicates with patients, families, and medical group personnel.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Successful completion of HFMG Pharmacology test.
  • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS or ACLS per HFHS policy.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
