The role of an Associate Dentist at Sutton Dental & Braces, a Benevis company, revolves around providing exceptional dental care to patients primarily in the age range of 3-21. Approximately 30% of our patient base consists of adults. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and enhance community engagement through our practices.

Competitive Compensation Package:

We offer a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200,000 along with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance to support your professional development.


Our comprehensive benefits package includes no lab fees, flexible scheduling options, full-time providers' eligibility to participate in medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term disability/long-term disability, basic life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Furthermore, we cover company-paid malpractice insurance, continuing education reimbursements, CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P), reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues, and VISA and Green Card sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
  • A DDS/DMD degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation-accredited program
  • A valid dental license in the required states or eligibility for licensure
  • Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where necessary)
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality dental care to both children and adults
