Ka Punawai Ola is seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Therapist to provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Job Description:We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care and support. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and create targeted interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in physical therapy to deliver evidence-based care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state, with a commitment to maintaining active licensure throughout employment
- At least one year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting (preferably)
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification

Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 per annum, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
