We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team at ISG. As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will work collaboratively with our talented team members and partner with Mechanical Engineers to support the production of construction documents and blueprints for various building types.

Your primary responsibility will be to work within Revit to create layouts of mechanical systems within buildings. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with Tony Effenberger, PE, Mechanical Engineering Practice Group Leader, and other team members on the Mechanical Engineering team. Additionally, you will work closely with ISG internal resources for design and project coordination, project execution, and construction administration.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in a design firm, preferably with project experience working in Autodesk Revit. A demonstrated ability to understand and apply HVAC and plumbing design principles at a high level is also required. The candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of most building systems and trades, including knowledge of building codes such as IMC, IPC, and IFC. Strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
