We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Postpartum Manager to lead our nursing team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our staff, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional postpartum care services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff development.

Salary: $0-$113000 per year

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maternal-child health, with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience and 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, with a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing staff within the Postpartum unit, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.Oversee patient care activities within the unit, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered, and high-quality care delivery for mothers and newborns.Manage day-to-day operations of the Postpartum Unit, including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards related to postpartum care services.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize postpartum care services.
