Gastroenterologist Opportunity

Job Summary:
As a gastroenterologist with Allina Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders. You will work in a dynamic environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
- Review patient medical history and collect comprehensive data pertinent to their health.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide care in ambulatory clinics, inpatient, or outpatient hospital settings.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine from an approved school.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Fellowship training program in Gastroenterology or Pediatric Gastroenterology.
- 2+ years of experience in the designated specialty.
- Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice.
- ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource within 180 Days.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine or in Gastroenterology by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine or in Pediatric Gastroenterology by the American Board of Pediatrics.
- Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
