At Nyberg's ACE, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new business customers.

As a Sales and Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the store's day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for establishing yourself as a trusted, dependable hardware consultant and advisor, ensuring the supply needs of our business customers are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to maintain the store's merchandise presentation and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
  • Participate in merchandising resets and maintain up-to-date signage.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably with retail and/or business customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency with various computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
