At Great Wolf Lodge, we're seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail outlet, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our resort.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and has excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our guests to understand their needs and preferences, making personalized recommendations to enhance their stay with us.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist guests in purchasing decisions, recommending products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and promotions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with precision
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our retail outlet, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment for our guests
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when needed
