We are seeking a skilled Sales/Account Manager to join our team at Butler Aerospace and Defense. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
About the Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients
- Strong understanding of the aerospace and defense industry and its key trends and challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
