Experience Planner Role

At Montage International, we're looking for a skilled Experience Planner to join our team. As an ambassador for our resort's activities, you'll be responsible for assisting guests in reserving activities prior to their arrival.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, taking reservations using Montage's proprietary language and adhering to our high standards.
  • Offer information and assistance to guests regarding resort and activity details prior to their visit.
  • Communicate with guests before their arrival to assist with activity reservations.
  • Book activity and dining reservations for guests within the resort.
  • Log guest requests and follow up with guests as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with activity departments regarding events and opportunities within the resort.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sales background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a learning environment.
  • Ability to integrate company values throughout all interactions.
  • Dependability and availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays based on business demands.
Physical Requirements:

Most work tasks are performed indoors with moderate temperatures. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds regularly. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
