Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Glocap. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a Partner and 2-3 Principals. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a seamless work environment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, screening and answering calls professionally.
- Manage and monitor professionals' calendars to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, arranging catering, registering guests, and IT resources as needed.
- Schedule domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, visas, foreign currency, creating itineraries, etc.
- Maintain accurate contact lists for assigned professionals.
- Process monthly expenses for all supported professionals.
- Prepare presentation books, photocopying, scanning, and binding as required.
- Perform backup responsibilities for other executive assistants during lunch coverage, vacation time, or absences.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for reports, invoices, correspondence, and financial documentation.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in an administrative or professional support function, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of processes, policies, and procedures supporting a team of professionals.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in nature.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe software.
- Strong time-management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Client-service oriented with strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information daily.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary estimate reflects the typical compensation package for an Executive Assistant in the New York City area.
